From Zero Web Presence to Bilingual Lead Machine
Built a bilingual (English/Spanish) lead-gen site for a dermatology-first medical group with two South Florida locations. AI chat agent answers patient questions, qualifies leads, and books consultations around the clock.
What we built
The challenge
Dr. Hawatmeh's practice served a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient base in Hialeah and Doral but had no website, no online booking, and zero SEO presence. Patients had no way to find them online, and staff were fielding repetitive intake calls all day.
What we did
- Built bilingual Next.js site with full dual-language routing, physician E-E-A-T author profiles, and LocalBusiness + MedicalClinic schema.
- Deployed AI chat agent trained on services, pricing, insurance accepted, and FAQs, answers in English and Spanish, 24/7.
- Set up Google Business Profile for both locations with proper NAP consistency, photo uploads, and review response protocol.
- Implemented HIPAA-conscious lead capture: no PHI in forms, encrypted submission, and compliant data handling.
The outcome
Casablanca Medical now has a professional bilingual digital presence that converts visitors into appointments automatically. The AI chat handles the most common 40 patient questions without staff involvement.
