Built a complete real estate marketing system for a Miami-based agent: Zillow-style native app, AI voice agent, IDX-compliant MLS feed, and content-driven SEO that earned the #1 ranking for 'real estate agent Miami'.
What we built
The challenge
Rangely Adames had a strong personal brand on Instagram but no infrastructure: leads sat in DMs for hours, no MLS-integrated site, no IDX feed, no SEO presence, no after-hours capture. Every missed lead was a $5K-15K loss.
What we did
- Built Expo iOS native app (TestFlight, ASC ID 6766735255) with map-first Zillow-style home view.
- Deployed AI voice agent on Render Starter that books showings 24/7 (currently bypassed; cell forward in use).
- Shipped MIAMI MLS-compliant Bridge IDX feed with proper disclaimers, 24hr refresh, quarterly compliance reports.
- Launched local SEO + content program focused on Miami rental market (per client focus).
The outcome
Verified in Google Search Console: clicks grew from 56 to 828 (+1,379%) and impressions from 9.75K to 126K (+1,192%) comparing the last 90 days to the prior 90 (ending Sep 6, 2026), with 1,000 queries ranking including page-one positions for 'hoa miami', Spanish-language realtor searches, and Fisher Island / preconstruction research terms. The system is the template for our real-estate vertical.
