A Practice Website Where Booking Comes First
Our proposal for a Miami multi-specialty practice: a website built around one job, getting a patient from 'I need a doctor' to a confirmed appointment in under a minute, in English or Spanish. This is the design we pitched, not a launched site.

The challenge
Multi-specialty practices lose patients in the gap between finding the practice and booking it: a phone tree, a generic contact form, no way to see which specialty has an opening this week, and almost nothing in Spanish for a city where many patients prefer it.
What we did
- Put a working booking card in the first screen: pick a specialty, a day and a time, and confirm, without a phone call.
- Show the next available opening per specialty so patients see 'tomorrow' instead of guessing.
- Plan an AI assistant that answers insurance and visit questions and can hold a slot while the patient finishes booking.
- Build every page in English and Spanish, with physician profiles and a page per specialty and location for local search.
- Add a review request after every visit so the practice's rating reflects its real patients.
The outcome
This is the homepage mockup from our proposal. It shows the plan: booking first, bilingual throughout, and an assistant that removes the phone call from the most common patient questions.
